Why HDCO?
Yes, we offer payment plans to make our design services more accessible. We'll work with you to customize a plan that suits your project. Please keep in mind that payment plans may affect the overall price of your branding or website design.
Do You Offer Payment Plans?
Your project begins on the agreed-upon date after signing our contract and making a 50% deposit. Before our brainstorming call, you'll receive a detailed questionnaire, allowing us to better understand your needs from the get-go.
When Will My Project Start?
Your involvement is encouraged! We value your feedback at every stage of the process. While your input is integral, our experienced designers make design decisions based on their expertise. We maintain structured guidelines to keep things moving efficiently.
How Much Say Do I Get in the Designs?
Absolutely! You'll work one-on-one with us throughout the entire design process. Aside from email, we're available via iMessage or WhatsApp from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Monday to Friday). For after-hours communication, you can use your Honeybook client portal.
Will I Work 1:1 With You?
You'll have complete ownership of your design files once the final payment is made, as outlined in your contract.
Do I Own My Design Files?
We utilize Adobe Creative Suite for all branding designs, Showit for website designs and hosting, and Canva for social media templates.
What Programs Do You Use?
Our packages are thoughtfully designed to incorporate our best practices and recommendations. However, if you feel something specific is missing or desire a custom package, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to accommodate your unique needs.
Do You Create Custom Packages?
Absolutely! We are deeply invested in your business's success and offer 30 days of post-launch support for websites. Beyond that, we're always available to assist via email, addressing any questions or providing clarifications after your design project is completed.
